Privacy Policy

I. General Provisions

The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to set out the actions taken by the Administrator with regard to the protection of personal data processed, including those collected through the sp5.krakow.pl website

Personal data is any information that can identify you, for example, your name, phone number and email address provided by you when using the website. When we refer to the term "process" or "processing" in the following document, we mean any activities and operations performed on your personal data (such as storing or analyzing it for the purpose of providing you with services).

The Administrator shall make every effort to ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data by implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures in accordance with applicable laws and regulations

II. Administrator

The administrator of the personal data is the Primary School with Sporting Branches No. 5 named after the Polish Olympians, al. Kijowska 8 30-079 Krakow, email address: sp5@mjo.krakow.pl, 12 636 70 93. Personal data will be processed by us in order to perform the services provided by our institution.

A user is a person using the website.

III. Acquisition of personal data

The Administrator, within the framework of the website, obtains information about Users in the following ways: through information voluntarily entered by the User or through the storage of cookies (so-called "cookies") in terminal devices.

The controller shall ensure that the collected data are processed lawfully, for legitimate purposes and not subjected to further processing incompatible with those purposes.

IV. Purposes of personal data processing and the period of processing

Personal data of our website users are processed for the following purposes:

  1. Informing about school events and activities - the legal basis is the fulfillment of tasks in the public interest and the administrator's legitimate interest in promoting school activities (Article 6(1)(e) and (f) RODO)
  2. Keeping statistics on the use of the website in order to improve it - the legal basis is the administrator's legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) RODO)
  3. Handling of inquiries sent via the contact form (if any) - the legal basis is the administrator's legitimate interest in providing contact with users (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR)

Data collected on Users:

The site collects the following data of Users visiting the site:

- IP address of the User's device;

- information about the visited pages of the site;

- The arrival time of the request from the user to the server;

- The time when the server sends a response to the user;

- The name of the user's device;

- error information;

- The URL of the page from which the user came to the site (only in the case of entering the site through a direct link);

- information about the user's browser configuration and the plug-ins installed in it;

- information about certain parameters of the user's operating system (including system name and version);

The service does not use profiling.

Personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which they were collected, and after that for the period required by law or until the statute of limitations for any claims

V. Hosting

The service is hosted (technically maintained) on the servers of the operator: Deployed Sp. z o.o., 114 Lea St., 30-133 Krakow

VI. Your rights and additional information about how we use your data

Users' personal data may be entrusted by the Administrator for processing to categories of entities with which the Administrator cooperates on the basis of separate agreements, i.e. hosting company, companies providing IT technical support. Personal data may also be made available: to the relevant state authorities at their request under the relevant provisions of law. In order to fulfill the request, contact the Administrator in the manner indicated in point II.

Entitlements of individuals to whom personal data relate:

  1. Requesting access to your personal information,
  2. Request for rectification, restriction or deletion of personal data,
  3. Request the transfer of your personal data
  4. Object at any time to the processing of your data on grounds related to your particular situation, based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR
  5. Demands to withdraw consent. Where data is processed on the basis of consent, an individual has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

The actions of the Administrator may be complained about to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary to operate the Service.

Personal data is not transferred from third countries in terms of data protection regulations. This means that we do not send them outside the European Union.

VII. Cookies

Cookies - are short text files that are computer data used to view the content of the Site, which are stored on the User's final device (e.g. computer).

Cookies are used for the following purposes:

a) creation of statistics that help to understand how Users use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;

b) maintaining the User's session (after logging in), thanks to which the User does not have to re-enter his/her login and password on each sub-page;

(c) to determine your profile in order to display tailored material to you on advertising networks, in particular the Google network.

The website uses two main types of cookies: "session" (session cookies) and "permanent" (persistent cookies). "Session" cookies are temporary files that are stored on the User's terminal equipment until the User logs out, leaves the website or shuts down the software (web browser). "Permanent" cookies are stored on the User's end device for the time specified in the parameters of the cookies or until they are deleted by the User.

Web browsing software (Internet browser) usually allows cookies to be stored on the User's terminal device by default. Users can change their settings in this regard. The web browser allows the removal of cookies. It is also possible to automatically block cookies. For details, please refer to the help or documentation of your web browser.

Cookies placed in the User's terminal equipment and used may also be used by advertisers and partners cooperating with the Website operator.

Regarding the information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit the information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/

You can change your browser settings at any time, however, each browser has its own way to change settings in the "Tools" or "Privacy" tab.

VIII. Server logs

Information about certain user behavior is subject to logging at the server layer. This data is used solely for the purpose of administering the site and to ensure the most efficient operation of the hosting services provided.

The resources viewed are identified by URLs. In addition, the record may be subject to:

(a) the arrival time of the query,

(b) the time to send a response,

(c) the name of the client station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,

(d) information about errors that occurred in the execution of HTTP transactions,

e) the URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link) - in case the access to the Website was through a link,

(f) information about the user's browser,

(g) IP address information.

The above data is not associated with specific browsers, it is used only for server administration purposes.
